· Even on the day when WEB reservation is unsupported, we may be able to respond if you call us.

・Please note that this course is not available on busy days (December 8th, 9th, 15th, 16th, 22nd, 23rd, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st, and January 1st to 7th).

[Cancellation Policy] Please contact us at least 2 weeks (14 business days) in advance if you wish to cancel your reservation.

If you wish to change the number of people in your reservation, please contact us at least one week (7 business days) in advance.

[Cancellation fee] Please note that if you cancel or change the number of people after the deadline, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.If you only book a seat, the seat fee is 4,000 yen.
